| 摘 要： | 澜湄次区域的旅游合作是由政府高层问的经济合作促成的，通过对澜湄次区域旅游发展现状的分析，发现其旅游产品出现边境游成熟、纵深游起步、水上游以分段游为主的特征，并且区域内国家之间的旅游贸易出现不对等的现象，各个旅游中心城市竞争激烈，在各个因素中，政治环境是影响区域竞争与合作的根本性因素。区域旅游合作既给西双版纳旅游发展带来第二次飞跃的机会，但同时也面临被边缘化、过境化的威胁，针对目前西双版纳旅游发展的现状，提出西双版纳在区域旅游合作中的发展思路和对策。

| Abstract: | The Great Mekong Sub-region Cooperation was initiated and promoted by the international organizations and central governments within the region. The cooperation has developed for quite some time and certain pattems can be observed. Every country has the desire to develop tourism and competition for the tourism hub and tourism cities in the region is furious. Intemational trade is unbalanced among the countries. The border tourism reached its mature stage and the long haul tourism among the border countries began to develop. Cruise on part of the Mekong also becomes a popular border tourism product. Above all the factors, political instability is the major factor affecting the cooperation. Although Xishuangbanna can take the advantage of the improvement of the transportation network within the region to further develop tourism, it runs the risk of being marginalized in the face of strong competition. Based on the understanding of the tourism cooperation in the region, position and strategies of Banna tourism have been analyzed and proposed. |
