摘    要:本文采用多种染色法研究赤点石斑鱼脑垂体各叶不同细胞的形态特征,促性腺激素释放素对嗜碱性细胞的生理影响。讨论了脑垂体促性腺细胞的成熟过程与其性腺发育的关系。

Abstract:This paper demonstrates with several staining methods that there is only one gonadotrophio cell of pituitary gland in Epinephelus akaara. Number of secretory granules in the cytoplasm of this type cell gradually increase with gonadal development and maturation. During the maturation of gonad, the cytoplasm of the gonadotrophic cell shows full secretory granules, and the positive response to aldehyde fuchsin and PAS. The physiological characteristics of this cell are as follows: during mature gonad and spawning, the cytoplasm of the gonadotrophic cell begins vacuolation, which shows the sign of the secretory activity of this cell, and also the physiological reaction to LH-RH-A. Finally, we discuss the relationship between the gonadotrophic cell of the pituitary gland with gonadal development.
