北黄海典型水域秋冬季浮游植物群落的昼夜变化

摘    要:利用冬季(2007年1月)和秋季(2007年10月)在北黄海中部昼夜连续观测所获浮游植物样品,分析了浮游植物群落的昼夜变化.结果表明:浮游植物丰度在各层存在昼夜变化,冬季10~20 m层主要在白天出现高丰度,而20~30 m层和30~底层都是在夜间出现高丰度,冬季丰度垂直分布相对较均匀.秋季各层都主要在夜间出现高丰度,丰度垂直分布是下层水体明显比上层高.2个季节优势种昼夜组成都比较稳定.冬季优势种为具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata),主要分布在下层水体.秋季罗氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros lauderi)和密连角毛藻(Chaetoceros densus)成为优势种,两者分别以下层和上层水体分布较多.冬季浮游植物群落多样性和均匀度昼夜变化都不明显,秋季0~10 m层和20~30 m层多样性和均匀度昼夜变化较明显.从季节变化来看,秋季多样性要高于冬季,均匀度的季节变化不明显.

Abstract:Twenty-four hours observations with three hours interval on the diel rhythm of phytoplankton in the central part of the North Yellow Sea were conducted in winter(January, 2007) and autumn(October, 2007) respectively. The results showed that the abundance of phytoplankton fluctuated with time at each water layer. The higher abundance of phytoplankton appeared generally in daytime at the water layer of 10~20 m which was opposite to the water layers of 20~30 m and 30~bottom in winter. In autumn, higher abundance for each layer mainly turned up in the night, and phytoplankton distributed much more at the bottom water column than that at the upper water column. The dominant species compositions of two seasons remained constant. The dominant species in winter was Palalia sulcata mostly found at the bottom water column, and Chaetoceros lauderi and Chaetoceros densus were the most dominant species in autumn found at the bottom water column and the upper water column, respectively. The diel rhythm of diversity and evenness indexes did not change significantly in winter, but it differed at the water layer of 0~10 m from that at the water layer of 20~30 m in autumn. The diversity index in autumn was higher than that in winter while the evenness index indicated no obvious seasonal changes.
