摘    要:阐述了对《地质环境监测管理办法》的理解,结合北京市地质资源开发利用情况,地质环境问题,地质环境监测现状及存在的问题,分析并提出了北京市地质环境监测除《办法》中的地质灾害监测.地下水地质环境监测、矿山地质环境监测.地质遗迹监测外,其他相关地质环境监测工作主要包括活动断裂监测,土壤地质环境监测、地热与浅层地温能开发利用地质环境影响监测。重大工程建设地质环境影响监测。并阐述对北京地质环境监测体系及监测网络体系建设构想。

Abstract:The exploration and utilization of geological resources, the problem of geo-environment, the monitoring situation and the relevant problems were described in the paper, as well as the perceptions of the administrative method of the geo-environment monitoring work. Besides the geological calamity, the groundwater environment, the mine geo-environment and the geological relics, the geo-environment monitoring objects include the active faults, the soil geo-environment, the utilization inlfuence of geothermal and shallow geothermal energy, and the inlfuence of major construction projects. The conceptions of the geo-environmental monitoring system and its network in Beijing were also presented.
