| 摘 要： | 中国气象科学研究院风能太阳能资源实验室是在原风能太阳能资源研究组的基础上建立起来的，成立于2006年2月，挂靠在中国气象科学研究院生态环境与农业气象研究所。风能太阳能资源实验室立足于解决我国风能太阳能开发利用的基础理论和关键技术问题，为提高我国风能太阳能资源的开发利用、资源评价能力及水平，在科学技术层面上为风能太阳能资源开发利用提供持续的、强有力的支撑和保障。

| Abstract: | The laboratory was founded in February 2006 on the basis of the Wind and Solar Power Research Group, CAMS, affiliated with the Institute of Eco-Environment and Agro-meteorology, CAMS. It emphasizes the basic theories and critical technical issues in wind and solar power resources exploitation and utilization and provides sustainable, powerful support technologically for the exploitation and utilization of wind and solar resources. Meanwhile, the laboratory also aims to train specialists actively in natural resources exploitation and utilization and endeavors to become a training base in wind and solar power resources exploitation and utilization of the China Meteorological Administration. |
