摘    要:分析了传统三维建模的弱势及不足,提出并阐述了新型基础测绘倾斜摄影测量技术的基本原理和主要特点,详细论述了利用倾斜摄影测量技术获取倾斜影像、基于倾斜影像外业像控测量及内业立体空三加密、倾斜实景三维模型数据处理及优化等技术方法。并以黑龙江工程学院校园为实际案例,介绍了利用低空倾斜手段获取校园倾斜影像、实景三维模型数据处理及成果应用,最后总结展望了倾斜实景三维模型成果应用的相关行业领域思路。

Abstract:The analysis of the traditional 3D modeling of the weak and the insufficiency, puts forward and expounds basic principle and main characteristics of the tilt photogrammetry technology based mapping model, discusses in detail the use of tilt photogrammetry technology obtain tilt images based on tilt image measurement and image control outside the industry within the industry vertical body empty three encryption, data processing and real 3D model of tilt optimization technique. In the campus of Heilongjiang Academy of Engineering as an actual case, introduces the use of low tilt means to obtain images, real 3D model of campus data processing and ap-plication of the results, finally summarizes the prospect of related industries is inclined to apply 3D model results real field method.
