| 摘 要： | VOIP是一种基于现代网络传输语音的技术,广泛应用于各大网络和电力、税务、医药、统计等领域。这里从VOIP基本原理出发,介绍了VOIP技术的建设规模、软硬件平台、网络通信、号码分配以及在地震信息服务中的应用实例。VOIP技术能够很好地应用于地震信息服务、地震应急工作,具有广阔的应用前景。
