| 摘 要： | 生物序列的比对是计算生物学中的1个基本问题.最近有些生物学家给出了RNA二级结构序列的一些3-D和4-D图形表示方法,它们能给出RNA序列的比较直观的表述.文中提出RNA二级结构序列的1种新的图形表示方法.首先依据RNA中碱基分类,将RNA二级结构序列分为8个子序列,并分别对8个子序列建立特征曲线,得到相应的数字指标,构造特征向量,用以进行比对.最后用该方法对9个不同病毒的同一段RNA二级结构序列进行比对以验证其可靠性.
