现浇混凝土筒桩简介及试验分析

摘    要:介绍了现浇薄壁筒桩技术,并以实测资料为基础分析了单桩及复合地基受力特性。现场试验研究表明:沉管灌注筒桩竖向承载性能突出;同时,(由于大直径所产生的薄壳效应)能够提供较大横向抗力。筒桩复合地基在沉降和承载方面均能够很好地满足工程需要,更具有质量可靠,造价低廉等优点。

Abstract:Cast-in-place tubular pile technology was introduced in this paper. Based on the in-situ test data, the engineering property of single pile and composite foundation were specially analyzed. It was found that the cast-in-place tubular pile gives prominence to its vertical bearing capacity. At the same time, the pile can have large diameter which induced thin-shell effect that enable the pile with high horizontal resistance. At last tubular composite pile foundation test indicate that it not only well meet engineering requirement in settlement and beating capacity, but also with the following advantages good quality, low cost etc.
