| 摘 要： | 在对《房产测量规范》中有关丘代码、幢号、界址点号的编排方法及现代房产测量技术分析的基础上,结合现代房产管理的需要,提出了数字房产测量编码原则,研究出了适合现代数字房产测量和便于房产数据库或房产管理信息系统建立的房产测量编码方法。这种房产测量编码,与国家行政区划代码相衔接,具有单一性、一致性、易识别、易扩展、简单实用的特点,并且易于建立层次模型和关系模型相结合的综合模型数据库。

| Abstract: | This paper, integrates the demand of modern estate managing, on the basis of modern estate surveying technology,the coding of yards,houses and boundary marks that ordained in Specifications for estate Surveying.It puts forward some principles to code in digital estate surveying, with the new coding methods in estate Surveying.The new coding method is suitable for modern figure estate surveying and the establishment of estate database or estate management information system.It is fitting together with the national administrative area.The characteristics are uniqueness,consistency,legibility,extensible and simply in application.On the other hand,it is easy to set up the integration database model from gradation and relation. |
