摘    要:松辽西部严重缺水地区系指内蒙古与辽宁西部相接壤的低山丘陵区和内蒙古与吉林西北部相接壤的大兴安岭东麓丘陵台地区.从研究区缺水的主要特点入手,划分了5种地下水缺水类型:(1)资源型缺水;(2)水质型缺水;(3)技术型缺水;(4)经济型缺水;(5)资源-水质型缺水.提出缓解缺水现状的对策是查清水文地质条件以开源,加强管理以节流.

Abstract:The Western Song Liao water shortage area covers the hill countries on the boundary of Inner Mongolia Region and Western Liaoning Province and the hilly tablelands on the east slope of Daxinganling Mts.between Inner Mongolia and Northwest Jilin Province. The studied area is one of the important regions for sustainable development of the Northeast China economic zone.The drinking water for man and livestock is badly short due to lack of rainfall,worse quality of water,short supply of ground water and improper management. The shortage of groundwater may be classified into 5 types,i.e.resources type,quality type,technical type,economic type and resources quality type.The solution to relieve the water shortage of the area is making a thorough investigation of the hydrogeologic condition,as well as strengthening the management of water utilization.
