| 摘 要： | 论文介绍了英国区域规划先行者阿伯克隆比的生平及主要学术思想和实践,对英国早期区域规划"伦敦郡规划"、"大伦敦规划"进行了总结梳理,提出"大伦敦规划"的缺陷,并提出英国新城思想和区域规划理论受到了中国传统哲学思想(风水地理学)的影响。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the predecessor of UK＇s regional plan- ning-Patrick Abercrombie, his life, academic thinking and practice. The paper summarizes and analyses the London County Plan and the Greater London Plan, addresses the weakness of the Greater London Plan, and suggests that UK＇s new town ideology and regional planning theory were influenced by the traditional Chinese philosophical thinking-Fengshui or Chinese Geomancy. |
