| Abstract: | Based on the achivements of the continuous observation techniques of crustal deformation for 30 years, the neccesity, philosophy and method for establishing third generation digital network system of crustal deformation observation are discussed, and some problems to research further in these realms are pointed out in order to prepare conditions for developing over the century and following the international forward position. |
