| Abstract: | The machine vision occupies an important position in the inspection of shape and position in manufacturing system. This paper presents the principle, hardware, software and accuracy analysis of a machine vision system that has been applied to workshop for the on line shape and position inspection of steel plate, and also reports experimental results. It realizes high precision and wide field inspection of shape and position. It has wide fature. |
