摘    要:“一带一路”新时代背景下大规模的工程建设,推动着岩土工程学科的繁荣和蓬勃发展。土动力学、非饱和土与特殊土力学与环境岩土工程是未来土力学的重点研究方向,有必要进行系统梳理分析。本文从土工动力测试技术、动本构关系和土-结构动力相互作用方面对土动力学的主要内容进行了阐释,然后从非饱和土有效应力原理、非饱和土本构模型及黄土力学特性方面对非饱和土与特殊土力学的基本理论进行了分析,最后对垃圾填埋处置和水土污染等环境岩土工程亟待解决的问题进行了探索,并提出了合理的应对措施。土力学学科面临着极大的发展机遇,也面临着严峻的挑战,这一系列核心问题的解决,必将为全面提升岩土工程项目建设的质量和效益作出贡献。

Abstract:Under the background of the new era of the " Belt and Road", large-scale engineering construction is promoting the prosperity and development of geotechnical engineering discipline, which is facing great opportunities and challenges. The development trend of this subject in the future should be focused on soil dynamics, basic theory of unsaturated soil and special soil mechanics and environmental geotechnical engineering. In this paper, the research objectives of soil dynamics and unsaturated soil and special soil mechanics are expounded from dynamic constitutive relationship, soil-structure dynamic interaction, geotechnical testing technology, principle of effective stress of unsaturated soil, the constitutive model of unsaturated soil and mechanical properties of loess, and the importance of ecological civilization construction and environmental geotechnical engineering are pointed out. Solving these problems will contribute to enhancement of quality and efficiency of construction of geotechnical projects. © The Author(s) 2022.
