摘    要:基于地理国情监测的项目发展需求,通过分析国内外现有的各种变化检测方法,选取其中提取信息丰富的变化矢量分析法和精度较高的交叉相关分析法进行程序开发与改进,形成改进的交叉相关分析法,并对三种方法进行试验与精度评估分析,得到改进的交叉相关分析法从时间、效果与精度方面都优于其他两种方法,变化矢量分析法其次的结论。本文同时也分析了影像预处理工作对该三种变化检测方法实际应用的约束条件。

Abstract:Based on the development needs of the key project Geographical National Conditions Monitoring project in China, we ana-lyzed lots of change detection algorithm prototypes in domestic and foreign, and selected change vector analysis method and cross-correlation analysis method for program development and improvement, and then we got the improved cross-correlation analysis meth-od.Test and accuracy evaluation results of the three methods shows that, improved cross-correlation method is better than the other two methods from time, effect and accuracy, and change vector analysis method followed.At last, we analyzed the constraint condi-tions from image preprocessing for these 3 methods.
