Abstract:Tolerant limitation of Branchiostoma belcheri to Cu2+、Zn2+、Cd2+、NO2-N and salinity were analyzed at different temperature, and LD50 in 24 h were measured at the same cohort (50.0 60.0 mm). Correlation between LD50 and temperature was analyzed as well. The results showed that the correlation between LD50 in 24 h and temperature was great significant in the case of Cu2+, and obvious in the case of NO2-N, but not obvious in the case of Zn2+and Cd2+. LD50 in 24 h arrived to maximum at 18 ℃ in the case of Cu2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,NO2-N and high salinity ,while dropping to minimum in the case of low salinity.
