| 摘 要： | 青海省在矿产开发中存在资源高消耗、开发程度低、综合利用率低、加工制造业规模小产值低的“一高三低”现象。建议尽快对矿产资源实行产权管理,显化其价值,加大地勘工作投入,合理开发矿产资源,使矿业发挥出更大的社会和经济效益。

| Abstract: | There are many problems existed in the exploitation of mineral resources ofQinghai province such as high consume, low intensity of exploitation, low ratio of compre-hensive utilization, and low output value of processing and manufacturing industry. Themanagement of property right, therefore, should be put into practice to demonstrate the val-ue and make rational use of mineral resources, and expand geologic exploration in order toshow larger social and economic effects of mining industry. |
