| 摘 要： | 研究了一种印刷机给墨量确定方法,该方法依据印前拼大版数据、印刷设备性能、油墨纸张印刷适性及印刷温湿度等条件,在对印刷机传墨系统的传墨性能和油墨在纸张上的转移性能进行实验的基础上,采用给墨量与油墨转移量相平衡的控制机制,进行数学建模,计算出印刷时各色版在各墨区的给墨量,以墨区墨键开口值和传输辊的转角值给出。该算法在RIP前获得给墨量数据,且不需要印刷设备具有CIP3/CIP4接口,方便快捷,在低成本下运作,消除了长期以来印刷机给墨量凭领机的工作经验来设置的局面。经印刷实验测试,该模型计算值准确、实用有效。
