| 摘 要： | 在分析国内城市环保信息化现状的基础上,基于GIS技术对城市环保信息系统进行了整体设计,探讨了系统的总体结构、功能设计和数据组织,阐述了系统的开发环境、数据建库和系统集成等关键技术,为环境保护工作提供了科学的决策依据.

| Abstract: | This paper designed the GIS-based Urban Environmental Protection Information System based upon the analysis of the present situation of Informational Construction in Urban Environmental Protection Bureaus of China.Key technologies such as overall structure,data organization and functionality designation are studied;development environment and integration technology are analyzed.This paper provided scientific supports for environmental management. |
