| 摘 要： | 基于性能的抗震设计已被国际上广泛研究,被认为是未来抗震设计的发展方向。本文在阅读和总结已有研究成果的基础上,通过阐述基于性能的抗震设计方法的基本原理以及具体的实施步骤,从中得到了基于性能抗震设计的优越性。最后总结了性能设计的灵活性和广泛的适用性,同时提出性能设计仍需不断完善的方面。

| Abstract: | The performance-based design has been universally studied and considered as a new development trend of seismic design.Based on the existing performance design method and documents,we expatiate on the theory and application of performance-based seismic design.The superiority of performance-based seismic design is obtained.The performance-based seismic design is flexible and comprehensive applicability,as well as the performance-based seismic design is needed to be further improved. |
