摘    要:根据城市智能交通现代化管理的需要,本文详细介绍了基于GIS和GPS的ARS出租车调度服务系统的设计与实现。该系统具有电子地图的通用功能并合理地优化和改进经典的Dijkstra算法实现路径规划、实时定位、轨迹回放等特色功能。该系统可以准确、迅速获得所需出租车的各种信息,为城市出租车行业的发展预测、规划决策提供了有效的管理工具。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of urban intelligent modern transportation management,this paper introduces the design and implementation of ARS taxis dispatch service system based on GIS and GPS in detail.The system has universal functions of electronic atlas optimizes rationally and improves classical Dijkstra arithmetic and realizes many characteristic functions which include the way plan,real-time localization,path playback and so on.The system can obtain all kinds of information about taxis rapidly and provides an effective management tool for the taxis professional development forecast and the planning decision.
