| Abstract: | According to the practice and experience of the author in the underwater project supervising,inspection and survey,and based on the summarized basic characteristics of the underwater project,the tasks of the underwater project are analyzed, and the conditions of the monitoring instrument for carrying out underwater project supervising are discussed. Lastly, the state of the art of the development and application of the underwater monitoring instrument at home and abroad is introduced . |
