阿克苏地区大降水天气的气候特征

摘    要:根据1961—2006年阿克苏地区气象观测站资料,从时空分布及地形影响等方面对局地和系统性大降水进行了分析;普查了20世纪90年代以来大降水天气资料,探讨了大降水的预报指标。结果表明:阿克苏地区大降水次数自20世纪80年代开始明显增加,50%以上发生在夏季,大降水集中出现在1~3h之内,1h降水量≥10mm一般出现在下午,傍晚是高峰期。局地大降水发生次数远多于系统大降水,有78.4%的局地大降水出现在西部和山区,东部和南部以系统大降水为主。大降水的主要影响系统是巴尔喀什湖低槽和中亚低槽,中低层切变线、辐合线的暖湿区和高能区与大降水落区有很好的对应关系。

Abstract:Based on the data from 8 meteorological stations in Akesu area during 1961-2006,the heavy rain process(local heavy rain,systematic heavy rain) was inquired at large since 1990s,and their spatiotemporal distribution and topographic influence has been analyzed.The forecast index of heavy rain was described.The main results are as follows: the number of times of heavy rain increased obviously since 1980s in Akesu area,more than 50% happened in summer.The persisting times of heavy rain came on 1~3 hours;1 hour rainfall more than 10mm occurred in afternoon and the peak in evening.The times of local heavy rain were more than the systematic heavy rain.The local heavy rain had 78.4% to appear western and mountainous in Akesu area,but the systematic heavy rain appeared more frequently at eastern and southern in the same.The trough(vortex) over Baerkashi Lake and Center Asia are the important influencing systems in Akesu area.It is found that the dropping area of heavy rain was well correlated to the high instability energy area and the warm-moist area locating shear line and convergence line in the middle-lower level.
