| 摘 要： | 苍穹软件是以土地利用现状数据库为基础,实现土地业务全过程、全覆盖式管理,包括从土地利用总体规划、土地征收、土地供应、土地出让或转用、土地收购储备、土地登记发证及土地执法监察等,实现对外窗口服务的处理平台,在农村土地调查中起到了极其重要的作用。本文主要介绍此软件在第二次农村土地调查中的建库流程、数据维护及其他功能。
