| 摘 要： | 从全国矿业来看，乡镇矿业占有相当大的比重，其成绩是巨大的。但在发展中也存在不少问题，短期行为严重，采富弃贫，乱采滥挖，侵犯国有矿山企业合法权益，缺乏严格的科学管理，经济效益低等。本文从７个方面提出了加强乡镇矿业管理的意见。

| Abstract: | Villages and towns mining industry has achieved great successes,but presented such problems as predatory mining,low economic benefit,violating state-operated mining industrial enterprises rights and interests,etc.This paper puts foward proposals concerning the strengthening the administration of villages and towns mining industry from seven aspects. |
