小断面裸岩隧洞超高压灌浆试验研究

摘    要:水电工程建筑物超高压灌浆是一个全新的课题。天荒坪第二抽水蓄能电站天然落差约730 m,为研究以及探索水工隧洞高水头作用对隧洞围岩的整体性和抗变形能力的影响,在天荒坪PDX1探洞进行压力高达12 MPa的灌浆试验,由于所采取施工方法和措施均较恰当,促使整个灌浆顺利进行,获得了合理的灌浆程序和参数,为高压水头大型混凝土衬砌水道灌浆提供实践依据。

Abstract:Ultra-high pressure grouting of hydropower project building is a new subject. The natural fall of the second pumped storage power station of Tianhuangping is about 730m, 12MPa grouting experiment was carried out in PDX1 testing tunnel of Tianhuangping to study and explore the impact of high water head in hydraulic tunnel on the integrity of tunnel surrounding rocks and deformation resistance. By the smooth progress of the entire filling based on the appropriate construction methods and measures, reasonable grouting procedures and parameters were obtained, which could be the practical basis of large concrete lining grouting with high pressure water head.
