| Abstract: | This paper studies the theoretical basis of synthetic analysis method of the earth tide, raises the program and calculating methods for Love number inversion .Finally, some new information and their geophysical significance obtained with the synthetic analysis method of the earth tide are discussed.It is pointed out that the strain tensor can be obtained by synthesising the strain observations in multi-directions,and that the earth tilt has the character of shear. |
