| 摘 要： | 对金刚石表面真空盐浴镀覆金属的工艺进行了研究，通过试验得出了盐的添加类型，添加量，真空度，渡覆湿度，保温时间，结果表明金刚石经真空盐浴镀覆以后，单粒抗压强度明显提高，并且在金刚石表面形成了碳化物层。
