| 摘 要： | 合成了化合物1-烷基-3-取代-4-氨基吡唑-5-羧酸酯(1)和1-烷基-3-取代-5-氨基吡唑-4-羧酸酯(2),并对重要中间体3-取代-4-硝基吡唑-5-甲酸酯(6)的N-烷基化反应条件进行了较系统的研究,运用HMBC,INEPT等核磁技术确证了1-环戊基-4-硝基-3-正丙基吡唑-5-甲酸乙酯(7-1A)和1-环戊基-4-硝基-5-正丙基吡唑-3-甲酸乙酯(7-1B)等异构体的结构。

| Abstract: | The synthetic routes of two kinds of substituted pyrazole derivatives are designed based on analysis of their structural features.The methods for preparing these heterocyclic intermediates,including the N-alkylation reaction condition are researched.The structures of ethyl 1-cyclopentyl-4-nitro-5-propyl-pyrazole-3-carboxylate(7-1A) and ethyl 1-cyclopentyl-4-nitro-3-propyl-pyrazole-5-carboxylate(7-1B) are identified by HMBC and INEPT NMR techniques. |
