| 摘 要： | 我国作为世界上地震灾害损失最重的国家之一，应有比较完备的防灾救灾措施，但至今仍主要靠政府救济，不仅使国家财政不堪重负，而且赔偿率也很低。可见，采取有效措施减少震害已迫在眉睫，商业地震保险将由此而应运而生。本文从我国地震灾情入手，深刻剖析了我国商业保险公司未经营地震保险的原因，并针对问题提出了解决措施。

| Abstract: | Our country is one of the most heavy nations with earthquake disasters and lose in the world.Our country should have the measure of complete disaster prevention and relief,but we still primarily depend on the government's relief now.It not only makes the unbearable heavy burden of national public finance,but also compensates the low rate.Therefore,our must adopt the valid measure to reduce the earthquake's harm.The earthquake insurance will produce because of this reason.This article is from the beginning of our earthquake disaster.It is deeply analyzed the reason why our country business insurance company don't operate the earthquake insurance,and some solution measures according to the problem were put forword at the same time. |
