| 摘 要： | 为节约检测成本,保证检测结果科学公正、真实可靠,促进导航电子地图质量检验工作的顺利开展,并有效管理导航电子地图质量检测工作中采集的样区基准数据,建立导航电子地图质量检测样本库成为一种必然。为此,文中初步说明了导航电子地图质量检测样本库建设的必要性,扼要表述了建设目标与要求,探讨了建设内容与技术指标,为导航电子地图质量检测奠定了技术基础。

| Abstract: | For saving the cost of testing , ensuring the testing result Scientific and just , true and reliable , promoting the quality test on navigation electronic maps carry out smoothly and management effectively the benchmark data of sample region collected during the quality test on navigation electronic map, it becomes a necessity to establish sample libraries of the quality test on navigation electronic map.This paper preliminary illustrates the necessity of establishing quality test sample library on navigation electronic maps ,briefly describes the construction goal and the request ,discusses the construction content and technical indicators , laid a technical foundation for the quality test on navigation electronic map. |
