| 摘 要： | 以"数字丰县"建设情况为背景,分析了当前国土资源办公需求,根据业务的需求与特点,选择采用基于Flex的WebGIS系统框架。探讨在Flex平台环境中构建丰县国土资源应用平台的方法和技术,平台对多样专题数据进行整合,实现了对土地资源的可视化管理。以丰县国土资源局为例,研究了国土资源应用平台系统在国土资源管理中的支撑作用,在一定程度上为国土资源管理信息化提供了较强的技术支持。

| Abstract: | The research analyzed the official requirements of land and resources under the background of the construction of “Digital Fengxian”.Choosing the WebGIS framework based on Flex according to the characteristics of the requirements in this service .Discus-sing the method and technologies employed to construct the system under Flex .The system integrated multiple thematic data and visu-alized the information management of land resources for Fengxian Bureau of Land and Resources .The article cited the example of Fengxian to elaborate the strategic supporting of the system .In addition, it provided a strong technical support for informatization of land resources management to a certain degree . |
