| 摘 要： | 评价ＭＲＩ对脊髓内肿瘤的诊断价值。对１２例手术证实髓内肿瘤进行回顾性分析。除脂肪瘤，表皮样囊肿外，多数肿瘤表现为Ｔ１加权低信号。Ｔ２加权高信号。脂肪瘤有特征性ＭＲＩ信号，Ｔ１加权，Ｔ２加权均为高信号。血管母细胞可见细小病变内血管。根据肿瘤的发生部位，ＭＲＩ表现。临床症状与体征，磁共振可以对髓内肿瘤进行准确地定位及定性诊断。

| Abstract: | To evaluate MRI diagnostic value of spinal cord tumors. Twelve spinal cord tumors confirmed by operation were analysed. Low signals on T 2WI and high signals on T 1WI were common appearances in spinal cord tumors except lipoma eoidermoids. Lipoma (1 case) had characteristic MRI appearance, demonstrating high signal intensity either T 1WI or T 2WI. The small blood vessels were important to diagnose the vascular metrocyte tumors. The diagnosis of spinal tumors mainly depend on their MRI appearances, specific tumor location and clinical symptoms and body signs. |
