| 摘 要： | 研究表明，川西北地区自然环境复杂，生态类型多样，河谷及部分山地发展经济林木具有环境适宜、类型丰富、消费市场大、土地资源相对充裕等优越条件，但发展缓慢．为发挥资源优势与潜力，从农业结构、管理体制、科学技术等探讨了制约因素，提出了发展对策．

| Abstract: | In Northwest Sichuan, the natural environment is complicated and ecological types are diversified. In the river valleys and some mountain regions there conditions are found farourable for developing economic forests, such as suitable environment, species diversity, large market and large area of land, but the development has been carried out very slow. In order to make the full use of the resources, the restricted factors are discussed and the development strategics are put forward based on agricultural structure,management system and development technics. |
