天津平原地下水可开采量与确定依据

摘    要:根据深层地下水开采对地面沉降的影响比较,天津中部平原和滨海平原第二、三含水层组深层地下水开采对地面沉降影响较小,为适宜开采层位。地面沉降控制在10 mm/a,第二、三含水层组深层地下水可开采量为2.68亿m3/a。中部平原浅层地下淡水、微咸水,在技术经济上鼓励开采,可开采量为1.64亿m3/a;山前平原地下水现状开采强度未引起明显的环境地质问题,开采强度适当,可开采量为2.79亿m3/a。天津平原生态环境保持良好,地下水总的可开采量为7.11亿m3/a。

Abstract:According to the land subsidence caused by the withdrawal of deep groundwater,the No.2 and 3 aquifer groups in central and coastal plain of Tianjin are more suitable for mining because the groundwater exploitation in those aquifer groups will cause less land subsidence.The allowable groundwater withdrawal in the No.2 and 3 aquifer groups is 2.68×108 m3/a while the land settlement remains less than 10 mm/a.Development of the shallow fresh and brackish groundwater in the central plains,with allowable withdrawal of 1.64×108 m3/a,should be encouraged by technique and economy.Current groundwater exploitation in the piedmont plain has not caused obvious environmental geological hazards and the withdrawal is acceptable,where allowable groundwater withdrawal is 2.79×108 m3/a.The ecological environment of Tianjin Plain maintains a good condition and the total allowable groundwater withdrawal is 7.11×108 m3/a.
