| 摘 要： | 以WEB和VC++技术为依托,建立了广西风能资源监测评估系统平台,并对气象要素数据存储、查询、处理、制图、以及监测和评估等相关技术方法进行了详细的介绍.本系统采用四层架构,四层分别独立,以提高系统的安全性、稳定性和可维护性.它不仅能满足广西风能资源查询、监测和评估的要求,而且能满足为广西风电厂的建设提供权威评估依据服务的需求.

| Abstract: | Basing WEB and VC++ technology,the wind energy resources monitoring and evaluating system of Guangxi was established.In order to increase safety,stability and maintainability,the system was designed independent and respective 4-layer structure.It not only meets the demands of meteorological data storage,query,processing,mapping,monitoring and evaluation of wind energy resources,but also supplies scientific reference for wind power plant development in Guangxi. |
