| Abstract: | In this paper, the design method, working principle, and some problems of software and hardware of data processing system for rock and soil mechanics are discussed. This data processing system consists of model SSM-1 instrument multi-functions and PC-1500A microcomputer. The application of this system to soil triaxial shear tests is described. |
