粒子滤波在高动态GPS定位中的应用

摘    要:针对高动态GPS定位系统的特点,引入了一种基于粒子滤波的高动态GPS定位系统滤波算法。借助于移动目标的速度矢量模型建立了系统状态方程,论文给出了标准的卡尔曼滤波算法模型,重点讨论了粒子滤波算法在高动态GPS定位中的应用,详细描述了算法的推导过程。对算法进行仿真,结果表明当GPS接收机作大范围机动或GPS信号受到干扰时,粒子滤波要优于标准的卡尔曼滤波。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of kinematic GPS positioning,a filtering algorithm of kinematic GPS positioning system based on particle filtering is introduced.By means of velocity vector model of mobile station,the system state equations are presented.The standard Kalman filtering algorithm is presented at first,and the application of the particle filtering algorithm in the kinematic GPS positioning system for a moving vehicle with high speed is primarily discussed,and the algorithm is deduced in detail.At last,a simulated example is given.The simulation results indicate that the particle filtering is better than the standard Kalman filtering while GPS receiver with high speed movement or GPS signal is interfered.
