| 摘 要： | 通过无裂栉江珧Atrinapectinata 4种类型 (青口 ,黄口 ,棘螺 ,沙螺 )的外壳测量、解剖观察 ,对其形态差异进行了比较研究 ,并对有关参数进行了显著性检验 ( t检验 )。结果表明 ,这 4种类型的贝壳形态和后闭壳肌的相对大小存在明显差异 ,其中沙螺与青口及黄口间的差异极为显著 ,棘螺的壳形及闭壳肌的大小变化幅度最大。由此提出 ,应对无裂栉江珧现定种作进一步研究。

| Abstract: | The t test was conducted to the length,height and width of shells of four types of pen shell Atrina pectinata .The results show that the differences exist not only in shell shape but also in comparative size of back adductor muscle among four types of pen shell separately named as green pen shell,yellow pen shell,thorny pen shell and scabrous pen shell.Among of them,scabrous pen shell is especially distinct from green pen shell and yellow pen shell.It is suggested that the four types of pen shell distinguished morphologically should be categorized to two or more species taxonomically. |
