摘    要:通过江苏洪泽顺河集南石盐矿样品室内水溶试验,研究该盐矿的水溶性能。结果表明:该矿上溶溶解速度和溶蚀速度大,侧溶溶蚀速度小于上溶溶蚀速度,但样品侧溶角小、溶解空间大、卤水膨胀率低,有利于水溶开采时水资源的利用;水不溶残渣膨胀率平均仅为2.18%,溶腔被残渣充填范围小,有利于上溶生产;残渣中的石盐残留量为23.03%~35.60%,开采过程中损失较少,利用率较高;卤水成分中NaCl含量高,有利于进一步加工利用。

Abstract:This work conducted indoor water solubility tests on samples from the south Shunheji salt mine in Hongze County of Jiangsu Province to study the water solubility. The results show that the upper dissolution and erosion velocity of this salt mine are generally large, the side erosion velocity is smaller than that of upper erosion, and the side erosion angle of the samples is small, with large dissolution space. The salt has a low brine expansion rate, which is conducive to the utilization of water resources during water-soluble mining. The expansion rate of water-insoluble residue is only 2.18% on average, and the solution cavity is seldom filled by the residue, which is favorable for the production of upper dissolution. The residual amount of rock salt in the residue is 23.03%-35.60%, and the loss during mining is less, with a large utilization rate. The high NaCl content in the brine is conducive to further processing and utilization.
