| 摘 要： | 针对西部民族经济区特色优势产业如何发展的问题,从特色优势产业的界定、甄别和战略导向3个方面入手,逐层展开研究。结果表明:在西部民族经济区特色优势产业的识别上,要侧重于"特色"+"优势"耦合过程中两者作用层面的不同;在西部民族经济区特色优势产业的选择上,设计了特色优势产业选择流程图,通过定性和定量分析相结合的方法,分析解决了西部民族经济区特色优势产业的选择问题;在政策导向上,根据潜在优势向现实优势转化的路径,提出了两类基于产业选择的产业战略导向。
