| 摘 要： | 房产测绘是一项政策性很强的法定测绘工作,依据我国关于商品房建筑面积测绘的国家标准《房产测量规范》和北京市国土资源和房屋管理局下发的《北京市商品房销售面积计算和公用建筑面积分摊暂行规定》,分析商品房测绘的质量控制点并提出具体的质量控制措施。
