| 摘 要： | 分析了HBCORS系统建设的意义和作用，提出了HBCORS系统建设的原则、系统规模等总体构想，并根据湖北省的实际情况进行了基准站分布初步设计；还分析和研究了HBCORS系统建设过程中基准站选址、数据通信、信息异构、三维基准框架统一与坐标转换等关键技术问题，并给出了初步解决方案和技术路线。
