| Abstract: | Owners tend to entrust an agency with the entire civil engineering supervision for their porject realization. This kind of entrustment becomes a current tendency in today＇s situation in which the project investors may be engaged in different trades and professions, and the engineering projects tend to be greater in scale and more complicated in the enineering supervisions. Due to the market requirements for engineering supervi sions, a new industry, i. e. the relevant supervision companies become inevitable. It is learnt from the discussion on the special characteristics of the different supervision com panics that the companies for construction supervision and consultant have their development advantages relative to the orthers. |
