| 摘 要： | 休闲文化旅游资源的内涵是人文景观与自然景观的结合,能够使人们在欣赏清秀壮美山川风光的同时,也能体味深厚的历史文化沉淀.通过分析鸡公山别墅形成的背景原因和建筑特色,得出鸡公山别墅具有的历史、文化、艺术价值,是珍贵的人文景观旅游资源,并具有专业实用性.分析其旅游吸引力,并结合青岛、庐山近代别墅资源的利用现状,提出合理开发的建议,从而增加旅游的内涵,使鸡公山旅游走出现阶段的发展困境.
