| Abstract: | This paper proceeded with the problem on dynamic updating the underground pipeline information, and in a systematic way, analyzed the five essential condition to realize the underground pipeline information dynamic update, then gave a detailed introduction on how to establish a management system for dynamic updating the underground pipeline information from the way of foundation, core, focal point, guarantee and environment. |
