细基江蓠密集型采孢子培育幼苗试验

摘    要:作者进行了自然海区潮间带密集型的细基江蓠采孢子培育幼苗的试验。1988年和1989年在每平方米的苗圃上随机取样,各得1.77公斤和6.25公斤长10厘米以上的江蓠幼苗,可以满足在20倍的浅海面积进行浮筏式夹苗栽培之用。相当于农业上播种育秧、种植水稻的两倍效果,解决了群众在自然海区潮间带培育细基江篱幼苗的问题。

Abstract:During 1988 and 1989, we conducted an experiment on picking spore and raising high density seedling of Gracilaria tenuistipitata. 1.77kg and 6.25kg seedling of more then 10 cm in length was harvested from a nursery of one square meter resp ectively. The seedling could be spreaded in an area of 20 square meters for further growth. The procedure was just like sowing rice seedling in agriculture. The operation meets the need of nursing seedling of Gracilaria tenuistipitata in natural waters and plays an important role in the artificial cultivation of Gracilaria.
