摘    要:讨论了射频倍频单元对汽泡型铷原子频标频率稳定度的影响,介绍了一种我们新研制的用于小型汽泡型铷原子频标的数字锁相倍频电路。将该数字锁相倍频电路接入铷原子频标系统后,闭环测得该频标系统的稳定度为σy(r=1s)≤3×10^-11,达到商用小型铷原子频标性能指标,而该倍频电路板的面积仅为原倍频电路板面积的1/2,功耗仅为原倍频电路的1/3。

Abstract:The impact of the radio frequency(RF) multiplier on the rubidium vapor cell frequency standard(RFS) is discussed. A novel digital phase-locked loop(PLL) multiplier designed for miniature RFS is introduced. The stability of the RFS system, in which the digital PPL multiplier is adopted, is less than(at least, equal to) 3×10^-11 (σy (r=1s) ), coming up to the performance level of the miniature commercial RFS, whereas the size of the circuit board of the multiplier is half that of the original one and the power consumption is 1/3 that of the original circuit.
