| 摘 要： | 地下管线档案信息管理如何定位、采用什么管理模式、如何进行后期管理是实现城市地下管线档案信息化管理的关键问题,各城市进行地下管线普查时,由于做法不同,其效果存在差异。在总结国内城市地下管线普查经验的基础上,阐述城市地下管线档案信息管理的目标、定位和管理模式,介绍城市地下管线信息化建设的基本思路和工作内容,探讨实现管线动态管理应建立的管理机制和管理方式。

| Abstract: | The key problems of information management for implementing urban underground pipelines archives are such as the aim of underground pipelines information management,the management pattern and the later management.While detecting the underground pipelines,each city has the different result owing to the different way.On the basis of detecting experience in domestic city,the following problems were solved in this paper.Firstly,the aim,location and management mode of urban underground pipelines information management was stated.Secondly,the basic idea and working contents of urban underground pipelines information construction was introduced.Finally,the management mechanism and management method for implementing dynamic management of pipelines was also discussed. |
